Suatu petang yang indah....aku dan
adik ku pergi mengambil angin petang dan berjogging di taman perumahan...yang
kelakar nya ...habis saja jogging kononnyer duduk la berehat di bangku
taman...tapi memandangkan kami ni camera freak....kat padang pun sempat lagi
nak bergambar...nak tergelak pun ada...apa la kat padang pun
jadik...anyway...senanam tu bagus untuk kesihatan at least keluar la jugak
peluh...kalau every week lagi bagus..but if you don't have the time...just a
simple exercise will do..the basic exercise..push-up, squad and sit -up ...this
is what i have been taught in the Wellness Program...so if you guys don't have
the time.. at least spend some time before you go to bed and do the 3 main
exercise......for a start you can do 5 for each exercise and increase the number as you go on...when you body get use to it you can maintain 20 or 30 for each exercise...so let's get FIT ...and Healthy...
